DoroTravels: Johor Bahru 1-day Trip
Over the weekend, we travelled all the way to Johor Bahru to attend a wedding and met up with some friends as well and of course cafe hopping together!
上星期去了柔佛一趟，见见朋友顺便去寻找美食啦。
1. Bloom By Mokmok
Totally immersed ourselves in this unique flower bed, a great instagrammable spot indeed. 好美呀，女孩子拍照天堂~

Earl Grey Lavender Egglet 熏衣草鸡蛋糕
得蘸着冰淇淋吃的鸡蛋糕，味道不错。

2. Check In: The Ardens Hotel
A decent & clean room, located slightly off the busy streets of Austin but still reachable by taxi/ grab.
干净舒适的房间，位置不会很吵因为距离闹区远一点。
It comes with all necessities like toothbrush, shampoo, hairdryer and there are complimentary snacks in the fridge.
浴室必备全都有，冰箱还有免费零食饮料。

3. Just Want Coffee, The Factory 30
Everybody's talking about JWC, one of the triendiest cafes in JB and reservation is required to avoid the crowd.
这也是非常著名的咖啡店之一，最好先预约。
Don't be surprised if your taxi driver brings you to an industrial area with large factories and warehouse because this is where JWCs located.
位于比较偏里面的工业区，晚上来是比较暗了点。
Sunny - mango & coconut ice cream dessert
Highly recommended, sweet & refreshing especially in this hot weather.
大力推荐这芒果椰肉甜点，香甜又解暑。
Rose with cheese foam (can't recall the name anyway) and it was worth trying as I've never tried this concoction before.
没喝过奶盖玫瑰茶，还不错呢。

4. The Alley @ Aeon Tebrau
Can't get over the hype of The Alley bubble tea, just wondering how it has won the hearts of many IG fans?
鹿角巷奶茶据说很有名，试试看是真的那么特别吗。
Royal No. 9 Milk Tea 皇家九号红茶 (Large Rm8.90)
就奶茶一杯咯。。。珍珠比较软。。。
White Velvet Brown Sugar Latte 学绒黑糖拿铁 (RM14.90)
Again this one is topped with the cheese foam 加了芝士奶盖的奶茶and honestly I feel 'well just another milk tea' in the market.

Wish we could stay longer to indulge in more local cuisine, but sadly we gotta head back to work. Well any Johorean pls let me know any great food will ya?
