The chefs will be firing up the wok and hot barbeque grill and cooking your favourite preference of all.
厨师会用大锅和烧烤的方式来烹调，你只需要选择喜爱的海鲜或肉类，再搭配师傅特别的酱汁（宫宝，甘香等等）就可以了。
The only bit that you need to do is to select your own choice of fresh ingredients ranging from lamb chop, beef, chicken, prawn, pari fish etc and also the homemade sauce like Gong Po, Kam Heong and many more.
The salad bar & seafood looks pleasingly fresh especially the scallops & prawns.

Lastly, these sweet teasers are undeniably irresistible thus making my saliva drooling more. I particularly adore the 6-layered Mango Opera (bottom left) and the newest trend Dirty Puff which is generously sprinkled with choco powder.
