1. Idealite

A top notch organic vegetarian restaurant with 5 branches in Penang. Idealite is also known as the 1st Wholesome Dining Chain and I believe with the premium service and meals, they truly deserve it.

槟城素食餐厅其实不少，个人也喜爱吃素，环保又健康。Idealite在槟城有五大分店，提供保健又美味的素食。

Known as MyPlate - Choose your fav dish and they will complete all the required nutrients into your customized place.

这道是可以自己选择菜式，有碳水化合物，蛋白质，蔬果，营养必定均衡。

Hokkaido Miso Ramen (RM18.90)

The fragrance within the pumpkin puree with essence of miso soup is irresistible, one of my recommended dishes.

北海道拉面汤底是由南瓜熬成，味道甜甜香香的还挺不错的。

Mixed fruit juice with dragonfruit, beetroot, etc (celery? Can't really remember but both were equally refreshing)

果汁都很好喝，都是真材实料的水果榨成的。

Ground black sesame paste with almond flakes

香浓的黑芝麻糊

Bak Kut Teh - Of course the meat was replaced with numerous mushrooms like hericius, shitake, enokitake.

素骨茶里头有各式各样的蘑菇和香料煮成，香味十足。

Pesto Spaghetti 罗勒意大利面

Mango Parfait - such a sweet indulgence of mango dice dipped in the soy pudding.

Red Curry Ramen (RM18.90)

The Penang Curry Mee lookalike with the 'pork blood' made of tofu with faint red tinge, and the spiciness can definitely light up your taste buds delightfully.

咖喱面里头的素猪血是由豆腐制成的，唯妙唯俏，辣味也十足。

2. Sushi Kitchen - Farlim Branch

A vegan restaurant with 4 branches prioritizing the organic greens with Japan fusion. I visited the Farlim branch which was a little secluded but the interior was truly more interesting compared to the outside.

Sushi Kitchen也是有四大分店，主打有机蔬菜和一些日本风味。今天来到发林，这餐厅有点不显眼，是在夜市草场对面，咖啡厅楼上。

Sushi Kitchen offers vegan dishes with all natural & fresh ingredients. Overall, we find the dishes to be appetizing but maybe a little mild-tasting as no extra preservatives or MSG are added, thus more healthy.

主打健康蔬食品，完全没有防腐剂或味精。

Highly recommended sushi with 'meat floss' and sesame.
