Lingua Gustatio: Little Hanoi @Perak Road

Xin chào means Hello in Vietnam and it was my first dining experience in a Vietnamese restaurant. I have always known about the country through the telly and it creates mesmerizing impression especially their culture and food.

初次来到越南餐厅，心里是有点期待因为常常看到电视里介绍的美食，都会想来试试看。

Little Hanoi in the ever bustling Perak Road serves purely authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The fresh spring roll (Gỏi cuốn RM8) catches my attention the most.

这里有很多正宗的越南小菜。以下的春卷就是驰名小菜之一。

The healthy recipe includes fresh prawn, meat, vermicelli, cilantro wrapped in a silky thin rice wrapper, and it comes together with spicy chilli dipping sauce.

里头有虾子，肉片，米粉，芫茜用薄薄的皮包着，还有辣味蘸酱。

The cozy interior with the embellished Vietnamese flowery lantern.

'Pho' with sliced chicken (RM9) is one must-try and it may look plain with merely chicken slices and herbs, but it is definitely flavourful and appetizing. One of the downside is perhaps it's slightly oily for me.

Pho是越南必吃的米粉汤，这味道比较浓郁因为放了很多芫茜和葱等，

可惜汤底有点油腻。

Grilled Pork Slice Burger (RM7) may not resemble the typical burger in Mcd, but this is entirely contrasting and I think the cilantro leaves scent has overpowered the grilled pork slices. 

最后点了一份越南猪肉汉堡，呵呵，同样的，里面也是有芫茜配猪肉块，

味道不错不过猪肉略显得硬了点。
