Lingua Gustatio: Naughty Nuri's Warung Georgetown

很久不见。。=P

Naughty Nuri, one of the distinctive labels brought all the way from Bali is set in Burma Road since last year. It stands really well in location wise, and it tempts me several times to try it out. It serves primarily pork like the signature Balinese pork ribs but it also provides other selections on the menu as well. 又是一个飘洋过海的名牌餐厅，Naughty Nuri在印尼巴厘是远近驰名的，在吉隆坡也已有两间分店。而在去年他们也终于在槟城立足了，让我们这些没机会去巴厘的也有机会尝尝有名的大猪排。

Star of the night - Nuri's Famous Pork Ribs RM40.90

The usual pork ribs' texture is undoubtedly tough but I stand in awe for the tenderness of the meat. The marinated juice actually leaks under your salivary enzymes. Apparently, it was grilled with a hush-hush volcanic stones that stir up the smokes and chars.

大致上猪排料理都是偏硬的，而他们的猪排却是无可否认的外脆内软，香味十足。据说，他们的秘方是猪排都是用火山石来烧烤的，所以才会有独特的烤香味。

Wicked Chips with Cheesy Hogs RM19.90

Rich cheesy sauce dipped inside the bacons, together with the deep fried chips make a surely sinful savory. That's how the name 'wicked chips' came from.

芝士培根与薯片，的确是一道很对不起自己的小吃。（很高热量啊）不过是真的很好吃，值得一试。

Calamari Rings 

Dancing Hog on Fire RM23.90

Mischievous name, and yet it tastes just like an ordinary braised pork with dry pickled mustards.

这款的名字很特别，火焰上起舞的小猪。哈哈。虽然味道有点像家常的梅菜扣肉，不过味道还是不错的。

Now that's the real hoggy on fire. 燃烧吧，起舞吧，小肥猪~

Naughty Boy Burger RM26.90

Another signature dish recommended by other bloggers but it was not to my liking as the burger patty was really ordinary. The bacon was crispy and well seasoned though compared to the patty.

这坏男孩汉堡，据说也是热卖之一。不过个人来说，他的味道稍微普通，虽然说那培根是还挺脆的。

Spectrum of lights (Rainbow) RM50 七彩缤纷

Yes, rainbow consists of 7 colours but it has only a single tang. Good for celebration but bland for the taste buds. Anyway, every single glass was an exclusive concoction by the mixologist. 

漂亮吧，每一杯都是条就是精心调配的。虽然味道都大同小异。。。哈哈

As I said, this rainbow is pretty good for festivity. *Toasts*

Oink Oink tataaa  (-oo-)

Ps：The happy hour dance was pretty awesome, and so as the birthday song *oink oink* 值得一提的是，happy hour时员工们都会跳一小段舞蹈来炒热气氛，再加上他们的oink oink生日歌真的很可爱。(-oo-)
