Lingua Gustatio: Uncle Zack by the Beach @ Parkroyal Hotel

Thanks to my bestie for suggesting such an exquisite and fascinating beachfront restaurant. Uncle Zack by the Beach is one of the restaurants in 5-star Parkroyal Hotel. Providentially, it was a bright sunny day (despite the rainy season now) and so, we managed to capture the magnificent sunset.

很开心好友介绍了这很漂亮的餐厅，它是位置于Parkroyal 酒店里。我们提早抵达了，就是要赶上日落时分。同时也觉得很庆幸那天是晴朗天，因为现在是雨季。

First, you gotta pass through the hotel lobby, swimming pool and walk towards the beach. Then, you'd be welcomed by the lovely waiter at the restaurant. 

首先，必须得经过酒店大厅，游泳池，才可以到达这露天的餐厅。（如果下雨就可能会变落汤鸡啦。哈哈）

There were 2 types of menus presented. The first menu serves mostly higher range cuisine and liquor while the latter states light bites like sandwiches. 服务生给了我们两个餐单，上面的是提供贵一点的食物，还有酒精饮品。

至于这Cool Banana冷酷香蕉（哈哈）就有小吃，好像三文治，汽水等等。

A complimentary set of  Danish buns with butter

Love the soft texture of the buns as well as the aromatic sesame on top. 

首先登场的是附送的面包。我很喜欢芝麻的香味，再加上软软的口感，配上了香口的奶油，好吃。

Spaghetti Carbonara RM38.80 培根芝士意大利面

Sorry for the photo quality, my cam can't really work well under low light composition. *sigh* The carbonara was really awesome (or maybe personally I love carbonara of all the sauces), you could taste the light smoked bacons in the creamy paste and the garlic bread was atypically great in terms of tastiness and the crispiness. Another point is about the portion of the pasta. Actually there were 2 choices of portions to pick, (Smaller one Rm20, bigger portion Rm38.80) the waiter suggested the bigger one since we were sharing it but who knew, our stomachs were fully loaded by just half of this.

唉，我的相机常常在灯光昏暗时就拍出这素质很差的照片。我个人最喜欢是吃这种酱料的意大利面。浓浓的芝士味，你还可以品尝到那培根的烟熏味，面条松软，而那蒜头烤面包也有不一样的风味。除了大蒜，他们应该还加了其他不同的香料，所以很香。再来就是它的份量超级大。我们两个小女子吃到胃都很胀了。其实，你可以选择它的份量。小的RM20, 大的RM38.80, 那服务生说如果我们要share的话，就选大份的。（早知道就不要听他说啦。>_<) 不过，如果男生们吃的话，可能就刚刚好吧。

Romantic aye? Definitely one of the ideal scenes for dating. 浪漫吧？很适合情侣拍拖。

Chicken wrap Rm28 鸡肉卷

Again, we were shocked by its huge portion. lol. The thin chicken slices were wrapped in the floury bread, you could grab the entire wrap at once if you opened your mouth wide enough! The chicken slices matched with the mayo sauce were really good, it was slightly sourish and sweet. However, there was this weird vege inside the wrap (I guess it was a type of spinaches) that I didn't really fancy of. I did finish it anyways, but not the fries. 

Fries got soggy after some time, so it's just inevitable. =S 

同样的，它的份量也是不小。薄薄的面包裹了鸡肉片，还有新鲜蔬菜，酱汁有点酸和甜，想必是美奶滋吧。还有里头有一种我不是很喜欢的菜，应该是某种菠菜吧。不过我也是吃完啦，

除了那薯条。。薯条应该趁热吃，因为冷了质感就变怪怪了。

After the dinner, we had a walk around the hotel. It's a perfect stay for people who love beach, romance and tranquility. 
吃完了，我们就散散步。老实说，这的确很适合喜欢阳光沙滩，浪漫和平静的人。躺在细沙上，听着海浪的冲击声，是多么舒适呀。

Taste: 8/ 10 

Price: 7/ 10 (Considered ok since this is a 5 star hotel.)

Service: 9/ 10 (The waiters were so amiable and patiently explained to us about the food.)

Ambience: 9/ 10 (Best for lovebirds)
