My dear Li Lian picked me up at my dental clinic after my check-up. Peeps, my braces will only be 'detached' after 6 months. (oh well, my dentist told me this repeatedly since the Sept appointment. The half year period never consumes. LOL) Okay, I know patience is acquired as I want my teeth to be well-maintained. So, just bear with the time PY.

It was just around 10am and we had nowhere to go. Therefore, we loitered at LG aka 1-stop. (it used to be my fav spot when I was in Form4/5 cuz it's only a walking distance from my high school) Gosh, LG = lame and grotesque. Sad to say, shops down partly. Food so-so. I did something that I hadn't been doing since some time ago - which was GAMING! My so-called gaming refers to 'playing with some gaming machines'. People, you are only charged 4bucks per hour there (sounds economical, isn't it?) but of course the games there are kinda ''oldies'' with those daytona racing and gun shooting. But just worth it I think. =)

Next, we headed to Gurney Plaza and decided to look out for a movie. The Day The Earth Stood Still or Twilight. The former got our pick as there were only 2 shows left for Twilight. (aww..) Shu Rong joined us after her class and then we had Nando's (after loooong consideration as usual again).

En came to meet us while we were having our lunch. AND we bumped into Jia Ling who's just back from Aus. Pretty, still pretty and getting prettier! haha.

Then, it was movie time. Fine storyline, interesting actions and of course the best actor! Keanu Reeves! Still captivating even at his 40's. whistles* lol However, I received different reviews about this film, ranging from yucky to better-than-the-day-after-tomorrow. Oh well, it is utterly different with that natural-disaster-based movie. =='' To me, the movie was OK. yeah it's an OK =)

We window shopped for a while and I did something that I had been craving for. woohoo! Will be told at the end of the post. =P Then, Lian had to rush back to get rid of the super fussy traffic congestion. The most common problem in Penang. After that, we settled our dinner at foodcourt. (with Leomag's waffles and Cold Storage's Sushi-s LOL)

Rong always basks in Cold Storage's sushi and the wasabi as well.

Rong had this greantea-flavoured ice cream. (only the paper left.) lol

I thought I would not spend again after the meal. But then, I guess you know what happened next. haha. En intended to shop at MNG and yeah I spent again though I was totally broke. typical for girls =='' Have to thank Rong for the payup and I will repay you next time. lol

Back at around 7pm. Thanks En again for giving me a lift. =)

I had my ears pierced!! oh well, just the 2 normal ones. LOL

I'd been desperating for ear piercing ages ago.
I'd been so envious of people having it.
I'd been extremely craving for it!
and I have it now.
